iPhone 3GS won't open without charger/usb connection Done

Problem :

The phone can’t turn on, when i plugged usb Cable or charger turns on automatically .

When i disconnect the charger or usb Cable , the charger sign (big green battery) is shown on screen, and in the right above the small battery shown as connected to the charger.

Solution 1 : Changed battery(Maybe it was 1440Mah other tahn factory 1250mah

 if not done

Solution 2:   try to change or jump ware (As like Image )

Solution 3: Change power ic
